Conventionally grown chocolate is one of the most pesticide heavy crops. Many of the pesticides used in conventionally grown chocolate are absorbed into the fats and oils of the cacoa, meaning that they find their way into the chocoloate.
Pardon us, we like our chocolate without pesticides. It is organic chocolate for us.
